The godfather of art-rock music and movement, David Byrne, returns to London to perform work from Everything the Happens will Happen Today; a celebration of his collaborative relationship with producer and sound artist, Brian Eno.
David Byrne comes to raise the hair on your arms and the sweat on your palms. Everything that Happens will Happen Today, Eno and Byrnes first record in 30 years, marks a return to formula. A creative collaboration resulting in sound they are calling “electric folk gospel”. Byrne and Eno began their artistic relationship in the late seventies with 3 Talking Heads albums, followed by their groundbreaking album My Life in the Bush of Ghosts.
Songs from all of the above will be performed in this concert, but not in that order.
