David Burnham rose to national prominence in the late 1990s when he was selected to replace Donny Osmond as the star in the national touring production of 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.' Since then, he has been a fixture on the nation's biggest stages. In 2007 Burnham nabbed the prestigious Helen Hayes Award as Best Actor for his portrayal of Fabrizio Nacarelli in the national tour of the Tony Award-winning musical 'The Light In The Piazza.' On top of his stage work, Burnham gives frequent solo vocal performances, and has lent his voice to a couple of Disney animated films.
