The real fun arrives when the duo lines up a pair of big black Steinways and tosses an incredible array of specialty numbers back and forth. Messengers Dorough and Frishberg are anything but an odd couple. Each came to New York as an aspiring jazz pianist, then found that he had a knack for writing and singing as well as playing songs.
