This is a premier league jazz band, led by trombonist Dave Donohoe. Dave believes that New Orleans music is a style rather than a repertoire so his band will draw on any tune outside the jazz standards that has a good melody and the right swing. Now resident in Scotland, this is a rare trip to the Midlands for Dave.
