DAVE & DEE'S WINE DINNER February 25, 2010

Join us in Lemaire on Thursday, February 25th at 7:00pm as we begin a series of wine events that will bring our farmer-friends to you in an interactive environment. The first partner we will feature is Dave and Dee’s Mushrooms. They grow amazing oyster mushrooms that are unrivaled in flavor, texture and versatility. Our three-course menu highlights various preparations of their products, and pairs them with other regional foods we love! This is the first event of this type and will provide you with outstanding food and insight into the passions of our friends that grow local, wholesome, delicious food!
