Daniel Clowes is an acclaimed author of numerous graphic novels. Ghost World, his most popular book, has sold more than 100,000 copies. Ghost World was also the basis for a popular film by Terry Zwigoff. A new Clowes-based, Zwigoff-directed film, Art School Confidential, is set to debut in September.
