“Dancing with the DragStars” is back for its third year in a row and more exciting than ever with a brand new star: Ruby Skye! Join Queen of the Ballroom Donna Sachet and co-host Patrik Gallineaux as 8 new Drag Stars and their 8 ballroom champion partners compete for the tiara’d disco ball trophy. Ruby Skye’s dance club meets glamorous ballroom ambiance makes the perfect setting for Drag Stars Anya Munro (co-star star of “The Drag Life”) , Cockatielia (Absolut Empress XXXI of SF), Gillette Thebestamancanget (Miss Gay San Jose 2011, Miss Gold Rush 2011), Kit Tapata (Mr. Gay San Francisco 2011), Lychee Minnelli (Miss Gapa 2011), Patty McGroin (Miss Gay San Francisco 2011), Rahni Simpson (Miss Gay Northern California 2010), and Victoria Balenciaga (co-star “The Drag Life”) as they cha-cha, rhumba, and waltz their way toward victory with their champion ballroom partners (Robbie Tristan, Rafael Dominguez, Steve Vasco, Tianne Frias, Heintje Soriano, Photis Pishiaras, Ricardo Tellez , and Jeremy Blake).
San Francisco legend Bebe Sweetbriar returns as head judge along with new additions Atlantis superstar and comedienne Shann Carr and international man of comedy Ali Mafi. From Broadway’s “Burn the Floor” and “America’s Ballroom Challenge” the panel welcomes Vaidas Skimelis along with dance partner Jurga Pupylete, together one of the most honored international latin couples in the world today. Rounding out the judging panel is star of Broadway’s “The Color Purple” and American Idol finalist LaToya London. Sister Roma returns as VIP hostess and scrutineer.
The world’s most original vodka Stolichnaya graciously acts as presenting sponsor, and all proceeds benefit The Richmond-Ermet AIDS Foundation (www.richmondermet.org).

Ticketing info: General Admission: $20 advance, rear floor reserved seating. $25 after November 1st and at door, seating first come only.
Reception tix: $40 to November 1st, $50 after. Admission to 5:30pm “Reception with the Stars” with hosted Stoli bar to 6:30pm and hors d’ oeuvres, reserved front priority seating.
VIP: $99 limited. Reserved table seating, 5:30pm “Reception with the Stars” with hosted Stoli bar, and wristband for complimentary Stoli cocktails all evening. Full tables of four can be purchased for a discounted $350 ea.
