Dance Island reveals initial Line-Up

Tiger Promotions, the organisers of Dance Island 2008, has announced the first set of artists scheduled to appear at this summer’s newest dance festival, featuring some of the biggest names from the global dance scene.

Mauro Picotto, Agnelli & Nelson, Dave Pearce, Kutski, Andy Farley, K90, Audio Surgery, Ratpack, Slipmatt and the Tidy Boys are just a few of the 50 plus artists set to perform at the festival taking place over the weekend of 5-6 July 2008.

With the remaining line-up, including two headline artists for the festivals main outdoor stage, due to be announced shortly, the event, which will be set in 120 acres of private land just outside of Ely, Cambridgeshire, is being billed as East Anglia’s biggest electronic music event of the year.

Over 10,000 people are expected to attend the festival, which features five huge arenas, a massive outdoor stage, a VIP area with exclusive entertainment hosted by the amazing Fierce Angles team as well as a fun-fair, a food village, a chill-out area and trade stalls.
