Dance Contest and Guest Instructor Espie Hernandez - Baila! at Pearl March 12, 2009

All the way from Orange County California, Espie Hernandez will be our guest dance instructor and judge for our Jack & Jill Salsa Dance Contest. Get a 1.5 hour salsa dance lesson from one of the best for only $5.

10 pm Jack and Jill Dance Contest

What is a Jack and Jill Dance Contest?

A Jack & Jill contest is where partners are lined up randomly. Usually the men will be lined up in front of the women and then the dice are rolled. Then the dancers are rotated down by the number on the dice.

This contest is designed to judge people on true lead and follow skills (social dance moves).

It is free to join the contest for this event but you need to sign-up by 9:30 pm.

Fashionable and Chic attire strongly encouraged, no baseball caps, no baggy jeans, no athletic wear, no sleeveless shirts or tank tops (males). Jeans, collar-less shirts, hats and tennis shoes at our discretion. Dark Dress shoes for men.
