Dan Smith got his start in comedy while a student at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. In 1995, he entered and won The Funniest Comic in Boston contest sponsored by HBO. Not long after, he moved to Los Angeles and has been a busy comedian ever since. He has completed twenty one (and still counting) military comedy tours overseas, performing for US and NATO troops in over 30 countries around the world.
