BAND MEMBERS
Dan Levinson-Reeds Since 1993, Dan has been a member of Vince Giordano's Nighthawks, and has been featured with them on Garrison Kellor's A Prairie Home Companion radio program and at Carnegie Hall, in addition to the band's weekly appearances at Sofia's Restaurant at the Edison Hotel in Manhattan.
Randy Reinhart-Trumpet Randy began his professional career in the New York Metropolitan area. At the Eddie Condon's Club, he was able to gain experience as a regular substitute. Randy plays with several bands including Bob Crosby's Bobcats, Banu Gibson's New Orleans Hot Jazz, and the Manhattan Rhythm Kings.
David Sager-Trombone In 1983 David's love for classic jazz music led him to New Orleans where he lived for 12 years playing with top musicians of the Crescent City.
Mark Shane-Piano Featured with the Peter Duchin & Lester Lanin Orchestras, Mark has played for society & debutante cotillions throughout the United States, for Presidential Inaugural Balls in Washington, D.C.
Kevin Dorn-Drums Born in New York City, Kevin took up drumming at the age of 14. Since then, he has become one of the busiest drummers in traditional jazz. He is a solid timekeeper in the tradition of Cliff Leeman.
Brian Nalepka-Bass Brian is the leader of Manhattan Rhythm Kings and has played with artist as Leon Redbone, Vince Giordano, The Banjo Rascals and was recently one of the featured players in John Gill’s
Bix Bash Band along with Swing Wingers, Dan Levinson, Randy Reinhart & Kevin Dorn as well as Orange Kellin.
Ted Gottsegan-Guitar Ted has played with the Robin Nolan Trio and teaches the “LePomp” rhythm technique.
Molly Ryan-Vocals Molly Ryan is one of the brightest young stars shining in the world of Traditional Jazz today. She began her performing career at the age of three, dancing her way onto the stage. Molly began studying piano at the age of four. She has also studied violin, harp, harmonica & flute.
