With vocal harmonies that inspire enthusiastic chills, this Canadian duo makes use of their talents on guitar and piano to create their unique brand of acoustic pop.

* Sheila Carabin and Amanda Walther formed Dala after meeting in their high school music class. Their most recent album, Everyone is Someone, was released in 2009.
* The song “Horses,” which addresses the heartbreak and hope of a young man dealing with disability, was nominated by National Public Radio in the US as one of the Top 10 folk songs of 2009.
