The Harry Ransom Center screens D A Pennebaker's Town Bloody Hall (1979) on Thursday, November 30, at 7 p.m. The film records a raucous 1971 debate in New York City between Norman Mailer, Germaine Greer, Diana Trilling, and Jill Johnson.

The screening is in conjunction with the Ransom Center's current exhibition Norman Mailer Takes On America.
