Brazilian artist, Cyro Baptista, returns to our stage with his mind-blowing trio Supergenerous, featuring stringed-instrument wizard Kevin Breit. It's a rare reunion for Cyro and Kevin, who released the critically acclaimed Blue Note album Supergenerous in 2000. Named "Musician of the Year" by the Toronto Musicians Union in 2004, Kevin Breit has worked with Cassandra Wilson, Janis Ian, and Norah Jones; his composition "Humble Me" was featured on Norah's best-selling album Feels Like Home. Cyro Baptista's own credits read like a "Who's Who" of modern music, including international tours with Paul Simon's "Rhythm of the Saints" band, Yo-Yo Ma's Brazil Project, the Trey Anastasio Band, and John Zorn's Electric Masada.
