House multi-course dinner features the chefs behind Gabriel Stulman’s three West Village hotspots. Stulman, who hails from Wisconsin, creates a haven for locals at each restaurant he opens. Naming both Joseph Leonard and Jeffrey’s after his grandfathers and first investors, Gabriel strives to add a touch of his home state at each restaurant. Sample delicious eats by Mehdi Brunet-Benkritly from Fedora, James McDuffee from Joseph Leonard and Eric Milley from Jeffrey's Grocery. As with the more than 200 dinners that take place annually at the Beard House, each unique dish is paired with a different wine.
