CrossFit Regional Championships May 11, 2012

The fittest athletes featuring top 60 men and top 60 women in Southern California will come to the Fairplex to prove their fitness on, May 11-13, 2012. The SoCal Regionals is the one of the final tests before athletes move on to the CrossFit Games and be crowned the "Fittest on Earth".

The CrossFit games are a world-renowned grueling test for the world's fittest athletes and a thrilling experience for spectators. Since 2007, the CrossFit Games have become “one of the fastest growing sports in America,” according to Forbes. Men and women from throughout the globe have been training to prove their fitness for this very event.
