Crohn's and Colitis Foundation Patient Education Workshop February 4, 2009

Please join us for an informative evening with local experts on how to manage your or a loved one’s Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis! You will have a chance to hear a presentation on medical treatments from Dr. Richard M. Auld, Jr., Gastroenterologist at GI Associates of Santa Rosa. Then, ask your questions to our panel featuring a gastroenterologist, colorectal surgeon and nutritionist. Meet other patient and family members living with Crohn’s or colitis through our Buddy Connection program at the conclusion of the evening.

6:00-6:30 pm - Registration & Light Dinner
6:30-8:30 pm - Presentation from Dr. Richard M. Auld, Jr., and Panel Q&A
8:30-9:00 pm - Buddy Connection Program for support
