Critical Mass Health Conductors September 14, 2009

The Bay Area African American Health Initiative is enrolling one percent of the total population of African Americans in the Bay Area as Critical Mass Health Conductors. Each participant must complete a free monthly training. The program is once a month for 4 months. The 1st Gathering is the last date you can join the program for the current cycle. Come have a healthy meal, meet great people and pursue your fitness goals.
