Contractors, suppliers, estimators, engineers, QC managers, plant managers, city and county public works representatives and anyone with an interest in the latest information on asphalt technology and specifications as they relate to public works projects.How can I register? Space is limited so this class is on a first-come, first served basis. Pre-registration is required and must be completed on-line.
