Crepuscular Critters August 20, 2009

"Crepuscular" means to be active in low light levels, such as at dawn and dusk. Many species that we think of as "nocturnal" (active at night) are really more accurately described as crepuscular. Either way, it's easier for us to see them at twilight, so become crepuscular with Senior Naturalist Janea Little on this outdoor hike! Please wear dark clothing so we are less noticeable to wildlife.
