Creature Comforts: Creating Safe Space for Wildlife in our City: Andersonville Green Week July 16, 2010

Talk about birds, bees, cats, dogs, butterflies, beavers and bats with guests from Chicago Bird Collision Monitors, Treehouse Humane Shelter, and Chicago River Canoe & Kayak. These activists will give a play-by-play of their experiences doing rescues, their perspectives on the state of our land and water habitats; share pictures of the diverse wildlife they've encountered; and teach us more effective "urban hospitality." Kids will be invited to create artwork of their favorite Chicago Creatures.
