Nin Andrews is the recipient of two Ohio Arts Council Individual Artist grants and the author of The Book of Orgasms, Why They Grow Wings, which won the Gerald Cable Award, Spontaneous Breasts, winner of the Pearl Chapbook Contest, Midlife Crisis with Dick and Jane, Sleeping with Houdini, and her most recent collection of poems, Southern Comfort. She edited Someone Wants to Steal My Name, a collection of translations of the French poet Henri Michaux. She has had poems in The Best American Poetry 1997, 2001, and 2003.
A reception for Andrews will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the reading at 6:00. Both are free and open to the public and will take place at the Larry and Kathryn Smith Chapel. For more information, phone 814-898-6108.
