This workshop will provide you with practical tools to expand your view of what's possible and answer these questions as they apply to your entrepreneurial venture. As a solo entrepreneur, your business competitive advantage can usually be found by determining where your personal passions intersect with the type of work you enjoy.
KIMBERLY WIEFLING, M.S., founder and principal of Wiefling consulting, has 10 years of experience with HP in product development and engineering management roles, and over 7 years working with start-ups in leadership positions such as VP of Program Management at Outride and VP of Operational Excellence at OMIX. For leaders of rapidly changing organizations, Wiefling Consulting provides practical, common sense business leadership and program management solutions that produce predictable, repeatable results, even in seemingly impossible circumstances. She earned a masters in physics from Case Institute, and a B.S. in Chemistry & Physics from Wright State University. Kimberly is an instructor in the UC Santa Cruz Extension project management certificate program and the Management Institute of Leadership Excellence (MILE).
