We are a compassionate community of evolving women seeking to learn the mysteries of kundalini, the power of engaging our full life force in life.

WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY DO IN A TANTRA WORKSHOP?
* We explore movement & work with body image to help you fully inhabit your cells.

* We practice Tantric breath work, learning how to move kundalini energy through the body in ways that create ecstatic states.

WHO COMES?
About 40% of the women identify as lesbian, nearly 40% bisexual, and 20% heterosexual. About three fourths are single, one fourth are couples. The majority of women are from 35 to 55, and ages range from early 20's to 70's.

Women come from the East Bay, San Francisco, all over Sonoma County, Northern CA, and a couple other states & Canada. We arrange car pools for Bay Area women who like to ride with another.

Located at a beautiful, private retreat center in Sebastopol, CA.

$355/month for 6 months (or pay over 12 months at $157/month
Or, $1945 if paid in full by September 22 (saves $185)

$250 deposit due by 9/22, non-refundable after 9/22.
Work exchange, scholarships, creative payment plans available.

Fees include delicious, organic meals, a booklet of practices, and support from a team of therapeutically trained assistants.

Overnight lodging is available and highly recommended, $35 to $95, depending on accommodations.
