Creating Innovative Corporate Culture by Design November 15, 2006

Arts, Humanities Bruce Simoneaux, applied research consultant for Steelcase International, will discuss how design can stimulate business innovation and intellectual capital by exploring the connections between the work environment, people's tacit and explicit knowledge, and formal and informal relationships. A registered architect with a masters degree in organizational development, Bruce works globally as a professional consultant in workplace envisioning, design development, architecture, and organizational/cultural change management. Admission is free and includes a continental breakfast; registration is required by November 8. Presented by AIA Indianapolis, Steelcase International, Business Furniture Corporation, and the Ball State University College of Architecture and Planning Indianapolis Center.
