Craven Family of North Carolina Potters March 13, 2009

This exhibit of examples of pots from the Mint's permanent collection has pieces thrown by various members of the Craven family. They have been potting in Randolph and Moore Counties in North Carolina for more than 200 years. They include large utilitarian jars and jugs, as well as teapots and vases.
