*How to recognize and provide care for a heart attack
*How to perform CPR
*How to provide care for bleeding, burns, muscle, bone and joint injuries
*How to recognize and care for various medical emergencies such as shock, fainting, strokes, diabetic emergencies, seizures, and poisonings
*How to care for extreme heat and cold emergencies.
