Jack Clement, born in Whitehaven, Tennessee, was playing rock n roll when rock n roll was new. He's a legendary performer who has worked with the likes of Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Elvis Presley, U2, Louis Armstrong, Paul McCartney, Roy Orbison and Nanci Griffith. He boats on his website that if he "had decided to retire from the music business in 1957, his place in the history of rock 'n' roll would have been secure."
