Spend the afternoon biking through the beautiful Hudson Valley along a wonderful paved bike path that winds through the country and little towns along the way. Admire the lush foliage while you exercise, raise your heart rate and work your hips, thighs, buttocks, calves and entire lower body! We'll bike for approximately 3 hours round trip. This is a moderate bike ride (average pace of 10 mph) on a paved dedicated bike path with very mild grade and is a great ride for beginner to intermediate riders! (You will need to know how to ride a bike as there are no lessons given on this trip)

Afterward we'll stop for lunch at a local family-owned Italian restaurant which has a wonderful selection of entrees and large portions of everything! They have fantastic seafood dishes, traditional Italian pastas and vegetarian options including a Portobello salad!

On the way back to the city we will stop by a charming, local farm where you will have the opportunity to shop at their farm market. Some of their products include: cheese, yogurt, milk, ice cream, honey, fresh chicken, Italian sausages, smoked bacon, eggs, and seasonal produce.
