Cosmic Sutras - The Elements June 6, 2009

Nava Nritya Dance Academy proudly presents a unique production: the Cosmic Sutras- the Elements - Earth, Fire, Wind, Water & Universe. The choreography is based on Indian classical and contemporary dance styles incorporating beautiful intricate traditional techniques, ballet and martial arts set to captivating contemporary music.

This academy of 35+ dancers are celebrating 5 years of artistic achievements and charitable endeavors, having raised $47,500 in the last 3 years to help the underprivileged in India.

This charity show will benefit Philaundance http://www.philabundance.org/ and an orphanage in India Udavum Karangal - http://www.udavumkarangal.org/.
