Firing up the wood grill for the fifth time this season, Cork's Wine Bar's Executive Chef and grillmaster Rob Weland will roast a whole Alaskan King Salmon on Tuesday, July 10 at 7 p.m. as part of the restaurant's monthly series of "Whole Animal Grill-Outs." Food-lovers are invited to come enjoy a family-style meal of fresh, wood-roasted Alaskan King Salmon and other seasonal sides such as Local Asparagus, Salt Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Bearnaise Sauce and Seasonal Fruit Cobbler in Cork Market's rustic upstairs dining space. Guests can reserve a space at the July 10 Pig Roast for $50 per person or $75 with wine pairings by emailing Roasts@CorkDC.com.
