Just in time for the warm weather,Cork is excited to introduce its new Whole Animal Grill-Out series at Cork Market prepared by Chef Rob Weland of Cork Wine Bar. On the second Tuesday of every month, Chef Weland will create a family-style menu centered around breaking down a full animal, which will range from goat, lamb, pig and king salmon. Animals are wood-grilled outdoors on Cork's new wood grill and are served in Cork Market's rustic upstairs dining space with a menu of sides that complement the animal.
Cork's Whole Animal Grill-Out roasts will range from $50-$75 per person, with an additional $25 per person for optional wine pairings. The April 10 Pig Roast is $50 per person or $75 with wine pairings. Guests can reserve a space at the April 10 Pig Roast and all future Grill-Outs by emailing Roasts@CorkDC.com.
