continuation of our pilates exploration through a flowing class focused on toning and lengthening the core (of course!) and the lower body (buns, thighs and more!).
class 3 - feb 19th
our pilates exploration continues with a flowing class focused on toning and lengthening the core (of course!) and the upper body.
class 4 - feb 26th
a flowing reformer mat workout with pilates machine movements modified for the mat pulls everything together in a flowing class that works the entire body and supercharges your core.
