CopyNight is a monthly social gathering of people interested in restoring balance in copyright law. We meet over drinks once a month in many cities to discuss new developments and build social ties between artists, software developers, filmmakers, academics, lawyers, and many others. Here in Toronto we meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month, and our group usually includes the genial and knowledgeable Ren Bucholz of the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
We'll continue to be at the Victory Cafe at 581 Markham Street (one block south of Bloor, one block west of Bathurst, very close to the Bathurst subway station and the Bathurst streetcar). We'll continue to start at 8pm.
