Coping with Stress in Uncertain Times October 1, 2008

In direct response to the crisis on Wall Street and the windfall effect it is having on thousands of hard working New Yorkers, Trinity Wall Street will be offering free spiritual and psychological counseling sessions throughout the month of September.
Facilitated by Dr. Mary Ragan of the Psychotherapy and Spirituality Institute (PSI), all are welcome to come share their experiences, questions and anxieties in a compassionate and helpful space. Dr. Ragan is an adjunct assistant professor at Columbia University School of Social Work as well as the area director at Trinity Church Counseling Center of PSI, where she has practiced as a clinical social worker and supervisor for many years. She has done trauma work with first-responders and family members of 9/11 and volunteered in New Orleans and Lake Charles after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005.
