Cooking with Class combines all the right ingredients to produce a food-lover’s perfect evening.
Participants choose three chefs and interact with them, actually making the dishes and learning their techniques.
Top local chefs provide hands-on training to small groups of 8.
Each chef trains three groups of people for 30 minutes each.
Food is paired with wines from Phillips-Hogue Winery.
And, best of all, it’s a fundraiser, with proceeds benefiting Providence Senior and Community Services programs - Providence ElderPlace and Heritage House at the Market. Cost is just $75 per person.
This year's event takes place again in the banquet rooms at Salty's on Alki. Check in for registered attendees begins at 6pm (pre-registration is a must for this sell out event). Classes begin at 6:30 pm
