Parties That Cook® and The Cheese School of San Francisco are teaming up for a gooey, stinky, creamy, salty hands-on cooking class starring all kinds of cheese!
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a nibble and glass of wine. Watch in amazement as cheese expert Wil Edwards shows you how to make fresh ricotta cheese, then join us in the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class.
You'll be treated to a lively introductory cooking lesson by the Parties That Cook chefs featuring tips such as the fastest way to dice an onion without a tear. Working together with other guests, you'll cook up an array of gourmet appetizers that all star cheese as the key ingredient. Each team will work on a recipe from the evening's tapas menu, all while sipping wine and listening to upbeat music.
Once the cooking class is over, relax and enjoy the appetizers you've made with wine. After the event, we'll email you copies of the recipes and digital photos.
