In May is our Pickling and Curing Class learning about the beauty of perserving our foods. It is a tradition and technique that we have been living off of for thousands of years. Take this journey with us as we learn about Salt Curing, Pickling with amazing Vinegars and Perserving our fruits of the summer.

We Olive Walnut Creek offers Extra Virgin Olive Oil from soft & buttery, to peppery and robust; or choose a flavored oil infused with your favorite fruit or herb. Walk-up to our tasting bar where you can sample over 50 varieties of oils and vinegars, guided by a We Olive expert.
Our wide selection includes our customer favorite Aged Balsalmic vinegar (aged up to 18 years) imported from Modena Italy, along with flavored vinegars, pestos, tapenades, dipping oils, mustards, olives and chutney. For our avid repeat customers, We Olive offers olive oils and aged balsamic vinegar in self-serve bulk by the ounce, where you can fill one of our bottles or bring your own bottle.
