The purpose of the Intimate Dinner series is to show the home cook how to make a complete gourmet experience at home from the starter to dessert. These classes are great for couples both old and new.
Starter: Creamy corn bisque soup
Main Course: Pan seared jumbo scallops with a minted pea and asparagus risotto
