Contracting Opportunity Event October 13, 2008

he Indianapolis Zoo is pleased to be partnering with The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, City of Indianapolis, NCAA and United Way of Central Indiana to again present the Contracting Opportunity Event: Connecting Buyers and Sellers. Purchasing professionals from cultural institutions as well as City and State agencies will be available to discuss the bidding process, upcoming contracts, and the timing for various bid lists. Vendors are guaranteed to meet with top-level purchasing professionals who are eager to do business with minority- and women-owned businesses. This event takes place at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, 3000 North Meridian Street, from 2-4:30pm, and there is free parking in the Museum’s garage at 30th and Illinois Streets.
