Contra Dance Carolina - High Energy Contra Dance April 20, 2007

Contra Dance is a welcoming, playful, high energy, social, non-competitive dance form. Prepare to sweat. Each dance is taught briefly so no experience is needed. Patterns resemble a madcap square dance requiring thinking and fast reflexes so all venues are substance free.

Balcony and floor level seating is available for Non Dancers to enjoy this fine celtic duo.

Please:
Do Bring drinking water
Do wear clean soft shoes that will not mark the venues wonderful vintage suspended hardwood floors.
Do not wear perfumes or heavy scents as contra dances are the one place folks with allergies/asthma can dance to their hearts delight.
