See a dozen contemporary quilts from the Minnesota Historical Society's permanent collection of more than 350 quilts, ranging in date from the late-18th century to the present. The exhibit in the Hill House art gallery features quilt artists working in Minnesota over the last 25 years. It includes a recently acquired landscape quilt made by Thomas Myers in the 1930s, a rare and unusual piece made by a man better known for building the Douglas Lodge at Itasca State Park.
