Sandy Andelman, Vice President of Tropical Ecosystems Assessment and Monitoring at Conservation International.
Feeding Africa’s growing population and supporting competing demands on delicate natural resource systems sounds like an impossible task. Yet scientists at Conservation International and other organizations are using cutting-edge science and modeling techniques to help decision-makers maximize the output of their resources and create sustainable green economies.
Conservation International lecture series is co-presented by The G2 Gallery, a green photo art space donating all proceeds to environmental non-profits, and by Earth Friends Conservation Fund, committed to using its resources to support the work of conservation and wildlife protection groups.
