Conrad Indianapolis joins First Fridays art experience with curators GK Rowe and Editions Limited Gallery March 5, 2010

First Fridays are a city-wide initiative to highlight art galleries, museums and other venues. First Friday is presented by the Indianapolis Downtown Artists & Dealers Association, or IDADA. The upcoming show will feature works by artist Carol Summers. Renowned for his vivid colors and revolutionary woodblock techniques, Summers’ work has been collected for decades. He has been featured in the Art Institute of Chicago, Biblioteque National – Paris, Corcoran Gallery of Art –Washington, Los Angeles County Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art – New York, The National Museum of Art – Washington and the Seattle Art Museum.
