Conference of Montreal "Adapting to a New World Order" June 7, 2009

The International Economic Forum of the Americas, better known as the Conference of Montréal (CoM), will hold its next conference (15th edition) from June 8-11, 2009, at the Hilton Bonaventure in Montréal. The theme of the conference is Adapting to a New World Order.

Each of the four days of the conference will have a specific theme as outlined below and will feature panels and keynote speakers covering pertinent aspects of the theme. The Canadian federal government participation is concentrated on June 10.

• June 8 - Economy & Governance
• June 9 - “Millennium Day” Energy, Health and Sustainable Development
• June 10 - International Trade and the Americas
• June 11 - International Finance
