Confection Workshop January 31, 2009

Have you been interested in making your own chocolate confections? Come learn with us just in time for Valentine’s Day gifting! We are excited to offer you the opportunity to spend the day with Chocolatier, Autumn Martin for a hands-on confection making class. You will learn how to make ganache, temper chocolate and enrobe the fillings! You will explore different methods for decorating and wrapping your delicious creations and you can take home the fruits of your labor! All materials and a light snack are included. Due to popular demand, there is a 7 day cancellation policy for this event.
