Conductorcise® Comes To MonteCedro February 28, 2012

According to former Washington Capitols basketball coach Red Auerbach, “Music washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.” And now with Conductorcise® the soul can be re-energized. On Tuesday, February 28, MonteCedro, a new planned Episcopal Communities & Services (ECS) Continuing Care Retirement Community in Altadena, is offering San Gabriel Valley residents the opportunity to train with Maestro and founder of Conductorcise®, David Dworkin.

Conductorcise®, which has captivated people of all ages, combines classical music with an upper body workout to strengthen the heart, improve muscle tone and relieve stress. Attendees will also master basic conducting techniques, improve listening skills and learn about the lives and work of great composers.
