YOGA PILATES POWER SEMINARS
A seminar that will leave you feeling
strong, centered, and exhilarated! A mind/body workout that focuses on creating energy (prana) or heat from within the body. Develop flexibility, endurance, strength, and core by combining traditional yoga postures with pilates power. Improve balance & coordination with these challenging yoga techniques. The result is improved circulation, a long and lean body, and a calm mind. Learn to create comfort and fitness through breath and body aware-ness.
