TRAINING FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH
You can make a difference in your life! Optimal
Health promotes the overall health and well being of
the community through: Flexibility, Balance, Endurance, Strength, Speed and Core. A complete and balanced diet is critical to obtaining optimal health. Participants will be trained on sugars, label reading, and much more. Instructor: Rich Pietrogallo, Master Personal Trainer, Min. 5, Max.

Equipment needed for class: Core Ball (stay weighted ball), light
weights, and mat.

Optimal Health Fitness will involve: Ball Pilates, Flexibility Training, Core Training, Resistance Training on Ball, Cardio Endurance Training

Days: Monday and Wednesday
(4 weeks, 1 hour per day)

Starting Dates: October 5, November 2, December 7,
January 4, and February 1

Location: Harlingen City Lake, 410 '76 Drive
(meet at the water fountain across from the Harlingen
Public Library)

Time: 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Cost: $60.00 per person /
$100.00 group ( 3 to 4) per month

Age: All ages are welcome
