Concordia Alumni Sugaring Off Party March 30, 2008

Did you attend Concordia University? Join your fellow alumni for the fifth annual Sugaring Off party.

After a wagon ride from the front gate to the log cabin, we’ll feast on Horton Home Farm pancakes and maple syrup, maple coffee, and hot chocolate, in addition to a full breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and home fries, provided by the CUAA.

We’ll also be treated to an explanation of the maple syrup production, nature appreciation, and the ecology.

Be sure to dress warmly.
